OceanOcean of Poetry

The city of Encinitas presents its poetry series the second Sunday of each month, October to April  (except December), 1-3 PM in the beautiful Community Room at Encinitas Library. 

Each reading showcases a featured reader and also hosts an open reading. Some of California’s finest poets have been featured readers. At the open reading segment ,poets sign up (at 12:30) to read. No poetry experience required – these readings are for everyone! 

The series was created and is curated by Darius, who hosts the readings; Dr. Marit Anderson hosts the open reading segments.
